All accommodation units have a GSM control of heating, underground parking and a cellar. The facades of the new real estate project were clad with old wood, which was recovered from old farms in the area and covered with natural stones.
We have given particular importance to the acoustic and thermal insulation of the building, but above all we have commissioned local craftsmen to use only high-quality materials in the wooden floors, tiles, coatings, sanitary facilities, doors and windows!
